Parr & Co was founded by Richard Parr after 9 years as a Projects Director at Reay & Co, where he was responsible for the successful delivery of several projects with construction values of up to £40m.

Richard joined Reay & Co from Easter Developments, where he was responsible for procuring and delivering the group's development requirements for the North of the Country culminating in over 1,000,000 sqft of new build light industrial property over three years.

Prior to Easter, Richard was a Project Manager with Gardiner & Theobald Management Services where he managed a number of town centre developments from inception to completion. He was also involved with a leisure and sports stadia development.

Richard gained his construction knowledge with a National Contractor working on several prestigious projects covering the full spectrum of market sectors, including commercial, retail, leisure and manufacturing.

Richard supplemented his site experience with two years in the Contractor's Head Office where he was responsible for the Company's Special Projects and PFI submissions, taking several schemes through to preferred bidder status.
